1 – Establish a scheme to collect two million cubic meters of water from winter waterfall in mountain lakes to fill the shortage in irrigation.
2 – Invest the collected and stored water in man-made lakes to irrigate land during the drought, and to extinguish fire when needed.

3 – Create a network linking the flood areas, springs and ponds to secure the needed stored water.
4 – Create a distribution network for agricultural land for irrigating agricultural lands from either rain or ponds.
5 – Implement a modern program of drip irrigation for fruit trees, especially apples and vineyard.
6 – Provide job opportunities for young people to remain in rural areas and stop migration to the cities or outside of Lebanon.
7 – A radical remedy to stop logging trees while supporting the cultivation of fruit trees.
8 – Help and train farmers to diversify in agriculture through the organization of frameworks for manufacturing production, and open market for expansion distribution.
9 – Use these ponds to extinguish fires when needed.
10 – Combat the cultivation of drug agriculture in a final form and secure the farmers commitment to implement the project as a whole
