The Japanese ambassador commented:
I am pleased to finish my mission by announcing that Japan has presented today a donation to the Lebanese Association for Agricultural and Social Development, to finance a solar panel system for the agricultural irrigation water pumping facility in the Bekaa village of Mshetiyeh. Hand in hand towards protecting Lebanese farms! Serving Lebanon for the last day of my mission is a pleasure!
